ok so its an p0037 code stating Heated O2 sensor control circuit low bank 1 sensor 2. So just to take it out of the equation i went ahead and replaced that sensor. That didnt remove the check light of course but that was expected. I have check for 12v to the sensor and got 11.96volts. I then checked for continuity on all 4 wires from sensor plug to the other end that plugs into the what im assuming is the ecu board and got contuniuty on all. I havent found any fuses that correspond to these heaters or sensors but since ive already got 12v im figuring thats not the issue. Then im just wondering if the "low control circuit" means that its telling me that the sensor is just saying that the signal being sent to the car is on the low end of the 0-1volt lean/rich reading? Any ideas on any other troubleshooting ideas i can try? My car needs to be inspected at the end of March so its crunch time or a REJECT sticker for me :-(

P0037 Heated oxygen sensor heater control circuit low (bank 1 sensor 2)

Heater circuit low means the ECM does not see the proper voltage of the heater circuit. WHen P0037 occurs the ECM does not see the circuit at a certain time frame which is 2 seconds. Try this it may help, replace the MFI relay just to take it out of the equation.and check the coolant level make sure its proper and this include the radiator cap.

On a sour note , P0037 ends up being the ECM. at least give it a shot by replacing the MFI and try another 02 sensor
