P0315 - how do I clear P0315 code on '07 hummer h3

Is this something I can do at home, or do i need to take it to the shop ?

P0315 crankshaft variation not learned

You can do the crankshaft relearn only if  you have  a scan tool that has the software for the crankshaft relearn. and you follow the instruction of what the scan tool requires
