P0731 Mitsubishi - gear not shifting on 2005 Glant V6

Question

Car drives up to 35 mph but wont shift after. Replaced fluid and cleaned solenoids worked for a little bit (up to 80 mph) then same issue again.

P0731 1st gear incorrect gear ratio

Is there any other code conditon with this code. ? Such as a P0715 or a P0720 , these are speed sensor code.  these have to be known to correctly determine what is causing the transmission to not shift properly
