Problem with P0521 Engine Code

Question

I have seen where the sensor needs to be replaced but also discussion on possibly changing oils. I run a 5w30 full synthetic oil. Are you talking about going to a 10w30 or 40 weight oil? I have a 2007 Silverado 4x4 Z71 with 95,000 miles.

P0521 Engine oil pressure (EOP) sensor perfromance

P0523 Engine oil pressure (EOP) sensor circuit high voltage

5W-30 is best for the engine. even with 95,000 miles the engine is considered young.
