oon a toyota rav 4 changed o2 senssor and code came back on

Question

On a 2006 toyota rav 4 a po138 code came on and changed sensor bank1 sensor 2. The code still comes back on. What else can i do to get it to go off

P0138 02 sensor circuit high voltage Bank 1 Sensor 2

Failed connection are are the cause for a circuit high code condtion check the connection . Toyota has produced a TSB for this condition T-SB-0001-10 what this is required is a harness for the 02 sensor .
