2003 ford sport trac 4.0 replaced spark plugs,plug wires,#2injector and crankshaft position sensor.... doesn't set code every time..runs pretty good

How the connection with the injector, the fuel injector connector should be check especially when this code is intermittent

 

 Here the fuel injector connection that set a misfire its locking tabs failed to make a proper connection

 A zip tie to properly secure the injector connection solved the misfire code conditon
