P2270 Honda -

Question

2207 honda accord V6 Check engine light is on codes shown Po137 and P2270 all of the O2 sensors have been replaced (4) , but the check engine light will not go out. Reset it and drove it a couple of thousand miles, nothing. It's been to Honda, nothing. just hit 35 K miles. Reset it and it comes back on immediately. I need to pass inspection. any ideas. Thanks
