P1870 GMC -

Question

I keep reading about the TCC and 4th gear. My truck a 2000 S-10 wont go into 3rd and sometimes wont go into 2nd. Will the VB repair fix my truck with 166890 miles on it. My truck goes to shift into 3rd and all I get is a high rev, Manule shift back to 2nd and it goes right in.
