P0340 Ford - 94 Mustang 3.8 V-6

Car runs fine. Used my Autel 310 to read / reset code, MIL came on next drive, engine warm part throttle 45-50mph cruise. Motor replaced 3200 miles ago by previous owner. All receipts on hand, seller known to me. ???

P0340 Cam position sensor circuit malfunction

The cam sensor just to install it requires a special tool for the installation , if the vehicle code up at 45 to 50 mph you may just need to set the adjustment., using the syncho positoner tool
