On a 2003 Toyota Tundra, which sensor is bank 1, sensor 2? Upstream or downstream?

i have a 2003 tundra. Engine light on code reads: heated oxygen sensor heater control circuit low, bank 1, sensor 2
Is there a fuse for this or do I need to replace an O2 sensor. If so, is it the up or downstream sensor?

This code is for the down stream sensor AFTER the converter on bank 2. There is a fuse in the fuse box under the hood that you should check first, labeled O2 sensors. If not, then replace the O2 sneosr after the converter.
