C1259 - and a P3191 engine starts and immediately shuts down

Question

If I erase all codes then the car runs OK fora while then I get the C1259 for the ABS system and a P3191 (engine fails to start) If I repeat trying to start say two more times then his still one ABS error C1259 But two additional P3191 codes.
Were do I look to fix this

P3191 Engine fails to start

C1259 Malfunction in the HV ECU

Check the vehicle battery, in the luggage compartment on the side remove the cover there is the engine battery, test the battery if it is weak or low you need to replace it.

 

P3191 would code with another code condition P3191 is more a informative code condition, Here is a Prius with P3191 and also a P3190 which is poor engine power. testing the vehicle battery revealed the code condition and replacing the engine battery solved the code condition. The ABS code may have been triggered by P3191.
