emphasized text had starter put on and now car won't restart no trans lite or engine is on shop people said code p0700 was showing up.they trans bad no sign of trans problems new battery and starter but since starter was replace wont stay connected

There is no start signal, The problem could be with the PNP (Park nuetral relay) or its starter relay
