I don't see any bad wires. When trying the wipers, they come halfway up, and kills the engine. Parking lights come on although the switch is. Fan comes on as well. Doesn't go off until key is turned back. Headlights, and wipers kill the engine when turned on. Possible solutions? Replaced ignition coil, and it still does it. Maybe a bad relay? Help!

Vehicle: 1998 Toyota Rav4 , 4 cyl.

P1300 Igniter circuit malfunction (No.1)

P1310 Igniter circuit malfunction (No2)

The charging system should be check , a good battery will show 12.5 volts, and at idle it should be 13 volts to 14 volts at idle. Check the battery and charging system.

This Toyota had just P1300, the ignition coil was replaced, At idle the vehicle ran great, but there was no accleration , the problem for P1300 was solved when the ECM was replaced.
