1998 ford taurse car will not start, code PO125 could this be the reason why the car wont start.

This code means insufficient temp for closed loop control. This should not prevent the car from starting. In fact the car has to be running to even get this code. Check for fuel and spark, one is likely missing and the reason the car won't start.
