P1320 Nissan -

Question

when my car move slowly for some time during traffic, when the road gets free and i need to move, my car will refuse to change to another gear and the revolution will continue to increase until i pack and off the engine and start it even immediately, it will begin to select though with jirk. what can be the possible cause?

The P1320 code means that one of more of the ignition coils is damage ( coil resistance out of range ). That problem could cause the engine to run rough and trigger the engine light, but it wont cuase the problem with shifting gears. The shifting gears is more than likely a different problem.
