What does auxiliary transmission fluid pump control circuit open mean?

Question

Vehicle will not go above 55 mph up hill going down hill shifts hard goes only 75 mph
Only has 95,000 miles on vehicle has P2796 DTC & P1A6F DTC which is starter/generator system no crank at restart

Does not start? This is definetly the SGMC module. The auxillary pump is used to maintane fluid pressure when in the idle idle off mode. , becuase you have both code reporting the SGCM (Starter/generator control module ) and there no restart your module is either open or shorted. The module would also have to be replrogram when changed.
