What do I do p0174 on my 2002 Mitsubishi Montero Sport 3.0L V6? Already fixed p0154

Question

Replaced cracked Radiator, and manafold. Also replaced o2 sensor.. won't pass smog. Fixed code p0154 but not p0174. What else should i do?...Checked Vacuum hoses there good condition..took back shop now i have a small metal gadket i gound hanging not in place any where when i was checking where the radiator fluid was leaking from??? Im afraid to take back to shop cause they got over on me the first time when i bought the exaust manafold cause they cracked my other one replacing the 02 sensor??although I paid for a nee radiator so should be covered under warranty!?!?!frustrated rather do myself.

P0154 Oxygen sensor No activity detected (Bank 2 Sensor 1) circuit

P0174 Fuel system too lean Bank 2

Vacuum leaks , Bank 2 this is where the vacuum hose are mostly located, check for any disconnected vacuum leaks, The Mistubishi sport the fuel injector seal are very prone to vacuum leaks with there seal
