I had two codes - P0154 and P2240. Cleaned some green stuff out of the connector of the sensor in the exhaust behind the radiator. P0154 went away but P2240 is still there. What do I do next. I understand that there is a second front sensor. Where do I find it?

Vehicle: 2004, honda, accord, 3.0l v6

P2240 Front A/F sensor (Bank 2 Sensor 1) line high voltage

This is the same as P0153 and P2240. When you correct for P2240 then you retest for P0154 which is slow response Bank 2 Sensor 1. If the first code you have is P2240 , and you replaced the 02 sensor and then recieived P0154 , you have a  02 sensor thats faulty

This 02 sensor came out of a Honda, Civic, the first code was P0154, the sensor was tested and so was the engine management. The 02 senor was replaced, Within the same hour not even for 10 mile the vehicle returned with the CK ENG LT ON. the code was P2240. The replacement 02 sensor was a Bosh product. when the part was called they stated there are 2 application for the Honda, apparently we purchase the low cost 02 sensor. this was   the reason for P2240. Replace the 02 sensor and the problem was solved.
