P0102 2004 Toyota Highlander -

cleaned intake throttle body replaced air filter and replaced mass air flow sensor still have code p0102 p0101 . will not run above 3000 rpm its starts to cut out. also the vsc light is on and the trac light is on with the ck engine light. can clear ecm while running the trac light and vsc go off for 4 sec and right back on

P0101 MAF circuit range / [perfromance problem

P0102 MAF low output

Whenever the CK ENG LT appears the VSC and Trac are disabled, this is for safety reason, the reason is the vehicle is not at manufactuer specification. The airduct of the MAF needs to be inspected for any torns or open,which will affect the perfromance of the MAF. P0102 is MAFlow output, this code condition represent a short circuit of the MAF sensor either at the sensor or the sensor itself
