truck quit at idle, refired once and will not run or start

6 ltr ford diesel, at night the lights flicker slightly, 2 altenators replaced, oil pickup tube has already been replaced 65000 ago. changed fuel filters and seem to be preasuring up system, were is low fuel punp mod located on this truck?
