I had the check engine light looked at and the code read, p1133 heated oxygen sensor insufficient switching bank 1

What does that mean?

P1133 Insufficient H02S Bank 1

This is for the upstream 02 sensor, Some of the causes for P1133 is the engine is consuming oil or burning oil. this would cause the 02 sensor to switch slow. another cause for this code would be the 02 sensor itself..
