P1131 Upstream H02S not switching Bank 1 Sensor 1

With this code present and the CK ENG LT on, this is a failed emission test.  Here is a P1131 on a Ford, what happened here is right where the 02 sensor is, there was a crack at its mounting base this caused P1131 and a P0171. In this repair the 02 sensor was not replaced just the ehxaust leak right near the 02 sensor was weld patched. this fix the code condition for P1131 and P0171. If P1131 and P1152 are together look for vacuum leaks, do a MAF (mass airflow) cleaning,
