P2188 Adaptive heated oxygen sensor control , Bank 1

P0101 MAF (mass airflow sensor) range performance

P0193 Fuel pressure sensor signal too high

P2112 Throttle unit signal too high

 

When P0193 appears you satisfy this code condition first, this code is also referred to as the fuel rail pressure sensor, what this sensor does is it increase  voltage to the fuel pump, which in turn increase fuel pressure  as vehicle loads demands. The fuel rail pressure sensor may just be the only code condition you have, without the proper fuel pressure it will place the MAF out of its range.
