My car is a 2002 Ford Windstar LX and some codes came up and this one is one. What does the code B1318 mean? Do I need a new Battery? Code B1318 also another code can't figure out is U1296 AutoZone could not tell me. Thanks

B1318 Battery voltage low

The source of the code B1318 came from the speed control servo or the cruise control module, Have the charging system checked and the battery terminal cleaned. U1296 This is for the automatic door locks working with the remote, if one or more of the door locks are non-operational you would get this code.
