I have 3 codes on my car P0301p0201p1400 can u help me figure these out please?

P0301 Misfire number 1 cylinder

P0201 Injector 1 circuit malfunction

P1400 Manifold pressure sensor circuit malfunction

You may just have 2 conditions , a failed injector that causing the misfire for the number 1 cylinder, When a misfire occurs that cylinder is not contributing , and in this case its the fuel injector that is creating the misfire condition. P1400 this is for the MAP sensor its either open which would be a disconnection, or it is internally shorted. The fix would be to correct  the fuel injector of the number 1 cylinder, and check the MAP sensor that is connected. Retest if P1400 reappears replace the MAP sensor
