Actually with this code the place to start is by testing the vent control valve. This is mounted to the charcoal canister under the car. You can remove it and add power and ground to it. If it clicks then usually it's good. If not, replace it. If it is good, then the next step is to have a smoke test done. This will locate the leak in the evap system quickly and prevent you from replacing parts it doesn't need.
