2015 Ford F350 6.7L Turbo Diesel with engine code P259F and it says reduced engine power. I can't find any info about it

The P259F indicates a problem with the Turbocharger Boost Control. Start by checking the air filter, replace the filter if necessary. If the filter is OK check for intake leaks. If no intake leaks are found, replacing the Variable Geometry Turbocharger (VGT) is required to fix the problem.
