This is not going to be a sensor that need to be replaced, but this is a mechanical condition, The timing chain has stretched.This will include timing chain guide and a upgrade timing chain kit. and also depending on the build date the camshaft saddle caps.Chevy has a TSB about this repair TSB # 12-06-01-009E
