P0175 Chevrolet- can this happen because of fuel line or injector freezing

seems to be running ok now. can this problem and code be caused by water in the fuel freezing in the line or injectors as the temperature was -6 when it happened

P0175 Fuel trim too rich

Yes it can it can. when it gets that cold at one time when the vehicle where carburator people use to put  a cover in the front of the radiator so the engine would staly much warmer
