1999 Honda Accord V6 with code p0118 please help

I have a 1999 Honda accord , the check ingine light came on all the sudden, when a friend tested it , p0118 was the code that it threw. What does this mean ? How do I fix it , is it expensive ?? Please help me

P0118 Engine coolant temperature sensor circuit high voltage

Circuit high voltage means poor connection or open connection or even a disconnection of that componenet. Check the connection ensure that is properly connection and its harness for any open.
