Question

had a code for egr valve and # 6 cyl misfire. I replaced the egr valve and the spark plugs and both codes went away. A month later cel light came back on with code for #4 cyl misfire. Cleared the code and cel light came back on with code for #3cyl misfire. Went to have it inspected and they said it showed catalist not complete,02 sensor heater not complete, egr, system not complete, evaporative system not complete, 02 sensor not complete? I dont understand I only show codes for #3 cylinder misfire. How do i fix this problem
