dtc radio codes, aux line in option dissapeared, no radio backlighting

Question

Hi i have a 07 Ford Mustang GT, i had it jumpstarted and my aux line in option to hear music from my phone dissapeared. I have sat 1, sat 2, and sat 3 but no line in option. Also the radio backlighting stopped meaning the buttons dont light up. Please any info will me help me out in how i can get this back. I checked all.the fuses.none where blown.
