2006 Chevy Malibu 2.4 or 2.2 P0420 & P2119

Question

I Have ah 2006 Chevy Malibu & my check engine light came on soon as i turned my a/c on.... i went & got it checked out @ Advance auto parts & the codes p0420 & p2119 poped up.. whad does this mean

P0420 Catalyst effieincy below threshold

P2119 Closed throttle position perfromance

When you turn on the a/c and the CK ENG LT came of this would be for the catalytic convertor, In Sept. 2013 Chevy produced a warranty extension for the catalytic convertor. for a period of 10 years or 193,000 miles regardless of ownership. This is a Campaign# 10134C. As for P2119 this occurs during its battery saving mode if the throttle plate is not at its correct position during battery saving mode. This code condition would not turn the CK ENG LT on .it would be in history.
