Seeing only P017 lit up, not MAF

Question

I have a 2003 Pontiac Vibe and P0171 is lit up but nothing else, and it's not a MAF issue. It has rough idle and doesn't want to start in the mornings, but it's always had some roughness to it's idle and this winter has been very cold. My next guess is that it's the O2 sensor, what else could it be?

You can get this lean fuel mixture code from intake manifold leaks, the front O2 sensor, low fuel pressure and in some instances I have seen a plugged catalytic converter cause the code as well.
