2004 NISSAN ALTIMA 2.5 L...CODE P0011...IT IS POSSIBLE TO TEST THE INTAKE VALVE TIMING CONTROL SOLENOID??? OR CLEAN IT UP?

HI there,

You can test it and clean it up. You can run a power wire and a ground to the solenoid pins. When connected directly to the battery you should feel and hear a click type noise. This would me that the solenoid was working. If it's working, then you could clean up the passages with some carb cleaner. Also check the cam sensor and oil levels with this code.
