P1514 Subaru -how do i fix this

I have code p1514, i replaced the idle air contol valve but i still have the code and the car revs from 1000rpms to 1700 rpms

If you have a code for the idle air control and the engine speed is searching like this, the issue is usually a vacuum leak or a problem with the front O2 sensor. The computer will blame the IAC and throw a code for it, but some other issue is causing the problem.
