P1192 Inlet air temperature sensor voltage low

When a sensor circuit goes voltage low , it signal circuit gets grounded, either this is the sensor it self or wire issue, As for the OBD MIL this is the monitor menu which is used for a emission test, it would read on the scan tool as "complete" or "Incomplete" depending on the scan tool you use.
