P0448 Nissan -Does PO448 affect gas Mileage?

I would like to know if a po448 code on a 2007 Nissan Frontier will affect gas mileage if not corrected.-

Hi there,

This code can somewhat affect the fuel mileage. This is because when the system is working properly the vapors from the charcoal canister are pulled into the intake manifold and burned. If these vapors are vented into the atmoshpere because of the vent control valve being open, it will affect the fuel economy.
