Blues spring replacement

I have a 04 f350 6.0 I changed blue spring upgrade now when I turn the key on there will be a kindofsquealing sound comming from filter housing is this normal after doing blue spring upgrade

Blue spring upgrade, what this is for the fuel pressure kit that add fuel pressure you are basically rebuilding the fuel the fuel filter housing, there should not  be a noise,  on the top channel there should be a o-ring  and a stiff spring that keeps the pressure from dropping this area is the difficult part to install
