Already changed out the PCM with a used one and getting the same code. What else could be wrong?

P1106 Barometric pressure sensor

The Baro sensor is inside the ECM. The only fix is with another ECM,  a good known one. that or the ECM is not updated , this can also be a intermittent failure, clear the code
