What does the codes P0700 and P420 mean?

I have a 2005 Dodge Caravan.The check engine light came on so I had Advance check and these codes popped up.

P0700 means there is a code stored in the transmission control module. A scan tool will be required to retrieve the code.

P0420 is bank one catalyst below threshold. This basically means the bank one converter is not doing it's job properly and will need to be replaced.
