P0521and p0523 in my gmc sierra denali how severe is this

What exactly does it mean 8m pretty sure my oil pressure sensor is bad or the screen needs cleaning

P0521 EOP (engine oil pressure) sensor perfromance

P0523 EOP (engine oil pressure) sensor circuit high

Bad connection any code that say the sensor circuit is high, mean you have a disconnection more than likely with the harness. What happens is the ECM monitor open ground and shorts, when it gives power to a sensor it expect the voltage to be used, or a voltage drop, since the voltage did not drop the ECM know the circuit is open or disconnected.
