po140 2002 saturn sc1

Question

I have a 2002 Saturn sc1 I have replaced both oxygen sensors the air pump new plug and wires, I have cleared the code and about 50 miles the service engine soon light comes back on .
I need to get it smog my tags are due HELP!!!! Why is the light come back on ???? also where is the one way check valve on the air pump
