when I start my car in the mileage window it will have 153 instead of actual mileage?

It will say 153 in mileage gauge. After a couple min it will go back to actual mileage. It's has a hesitation when driving on a load, up hill. Feels like slippage in transmission what can it be?

Hesitation when going up hill this put a load on the spark secondary output, this may mean that a full tune with new sparkplug and sparkplug wire, if the hesitation is still there a coil pack will be necessary also
