Got P1318 code2004 BMW 330i M54

Question

Would like to know the possible causes for his code. Replaced the camshaft position sensor b. Also my scan tool says voltage fail for o2 sensor bank 1 sensor 2. Could that cause it?

P1318 Camshaft position sensor

P1318 is more of a rationality check , this is where the camshaft "B" which is the exhaust camshaft is outside it allowable window or is not producing a signal, check the connection to the sensor , As for the 02 code that would be a heater circuit code that you have, the 02 code can be the result of the camshaft sensor that depends on what "P" code the 02 sensor is deteced by the DME.
