P0016 on a Kia

I have replace the oil filter timing belt and still have the same code can anybody help

P0016 Crankshaft position - camshaft position correlation

This is the oil control valve solenoid that has caused this code condition.

What happens is that foriegn material tends to lodge into the OCV (oil control valve) solenoid that retards or full advance the timing. What is required is to replace the OCV solenoid.
