when you change an engine will you get this code on a 2008 chrysler sebring?

The engine was changed and now the car will not start and run. It starts momentairly on starting fluid.

P0513 Invalid skim key

Change the engine, will not cause this this just happend, either the key is not valid, or no VIN programed in the PCM, try a different key.or check the key for its  battery function.
