please can you help me with this problem?

Question

car details:Grand Voyager model year 2011
obd fault code is p0513 : incorrect immobilser key stored
tried both keys car will only run for 2/3 seconds before cutting out and engine management light is on.
if I erase the code with a scanner the car works until I switch off lock the car and try it again seems like it does remember the immobiliser code? any thoughts??
