I put a neww ignition coil on a 06 c230 and know it cranks along time before it starts when its on it runs fine

P0351 Ignition coil A primary / secondary circuit malfunction

Change the number 1 coil with a different coil and clear the code, If the code moves with a different code the coil should be replaced, If it stays the same this is where further inspection is need with the ME control unit.
