How do I fix the code po101?

Question

2004 chevy 6.0L po101 code returning.I cleaned k-n air filter. No changes
replaced MAF sensor with new one . Truck ran great for 2 days . Now check engine light back on with same code. Has a lose of throttle response this time.
old MAF only had a light. No other issues
any ideas for what's next ?

At this point the if the light is coming back on, the air flow meter is probably bad do the to high resistance it takes when its dirty. Repalce the mass air flow sensor and use a regular air filter.
